Your report is yours.

Short version: we don't save your MRI report. Long version below.

What we collect

  • Report content you submit (pasted text, PDF, or image) — sent to the AI provider only for the length of one request, not stored on our servers.
  • The optional details you enter in the "Consult a surgeon" form — used only to open your own email client and contact us.
  • Standard web logs from our hosting provider (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention. Rotated on a short retention window.

What we do not do

  • We do not save your MRI reports to a database.
  • We do not sell data to third parties.
  • We do not run marketing analytics on your report text.
  • We do not require an account.

Third-party AI provider

Translations are generated via the Lovable AI Gateway, which routes the request to a large language model. The provider processes the text only to generate a response and does not use MRIdecoder traffic to train its models.

Your choices

Because we do not store reports, there is nothing to delete on our side. To be extra safe, you can remove your name, medical record number, and date of birth from the report before pasting it.
